OPERATION KICKSTART

For those who have achieved a level of self confidence and are ready to present themselves for employment.  

Guidance is provided to help them:


  • Identify areas where they need to develop/improve their skills
  • Prepare acceptable resumes
  • Be aware of their appearance
  • Consider various job options
  • Research job vacancies in print and electronic media
Their progress is monitored by the Youth Officers.

If appropriate they may be provided with assistance to attend external courses.
